5 things happy people choose

Never design your character like a garden where anyone can walk , design your character like the sky where everyone desire to reach

I have some daily tips in this first post of my blog. You can implement this in your daily life and stay more happier.


  1. Choose the good attitude
    What you always need to remember is, "life is journey, not destination". You still have much to walk, and much to show others. Now, this even every moment is the priceless precious gift as well as an opportunity. Just always smile, think positive and remember always to pretend, "today gonna be great". Think positive and I am sure, everything gonna go very fine. Great attitude always leads to great experience.
  2. Smile more often
    Remember, deep oceans are silent, what make noise is the small streams. So, don't laugh that way which can throw all the happiness inside you just in a laugh. Do what is SMILE!. When you have to pass through the difficult situations, just smile and say "try me" instead of "why me?". I am sure, this gonna lead you to success. Your one smile change change the world, not the whole world but their world.


  3. Help others when you are able
    Learn to accept than rejecting. Start to help others when you are able to. obviously, if you aren't able, there is no choice. But, whenever you're able to help others, do it. that will make you feel good and your day goes well. When you make a positive impact in someone else’s life, you also make a positive impact in your own life.  Do something that’s greater than you - something that helps someone else to be happy or to suffer less.

  4. Speak less and listen more
    You're born with two ears and one mouth, which doesn't actually but somehow means, listen 100% and speak 50%. So, start listening to others, you'll learn more about life. What today's life is doing is, speaking more than they listen. This is only the reason, the wrong message are being spread and all. So, speak less and listen more.

  5. Care about your health
    "Health is wealth", most probably this is the most popular quote. Always ignore the haters, doubters and unhealthy examples that were once feeding you. Good health is essential for having the energy, stamina and outlook to tackle your goals and dreams.  Bottom line: Your health is your life.  Don’t let it go.  Eat right, exercise and get an annual physical check-up.
